Practice Update

Dr Milesh Gohil is a RACGP Fellow, Queensland Faculty Council member and Chair of the Queensland New Fellows Committee, and serves nationally on the New Fellows Committee.

He is also a practising GP and medical educator.

Graduating in the United Kingdom, he combined an extensive NHS career with a decade of experience as a business director prior to relocating to Australia, bringing strong expertise in governance, organisational leadership and financial stewardship, alongside a commitment to the advancement of early-career GPs.

As Noosa Health Centres is a primary covid-19 vaccination centre you can book an appointment at Mount Coolum.

Both the Pfizer and AstaZeneca vaccine is available at Noosa Health Centres and as we are a primary covid-19 vaccination centre you can book an appointment at both the Mount Coolum or Sunrise Beach practice.

We ask that you please call 07 5446 4444 and make an appointment with our team.  All covid regulations and safety measure that are provided by Queensland Health are to be closely adhered upon your visit.

What to expect at your vaccination appointment You should bring the following to your COVID-19 vaccination appointment:

  • photo ID, if you have one
  • Medicare card, if you have one
  • employee ID, if you are getting a COVID-19 vaccine because of your occupation.
  • information about any of your medical conditions, allergies, bleeding disorders or immunocompromise (i.e. weakened immune system)
  • information about any medications you are taking
  • information about any previous COVID-19 vaccine received (vaccine brand and date of vaccination)
  • information about any reactions you have had to any vaccine in the past
  • the name of your current GP/s and any specialist doctors you see
  • a face mask (if required by your state/territory).

We are located on the corner of David Low Way and Suncoast Beach Drive. Our Medical Centre is situated in the small Mt Coolum shopping complex which also includes a pharmacy, disabled access and easy parking

Patients will be billed a fair fee for the services provided. Billing is at the discretion of the treating clinician.

Generally, DVA patients, pensioners and children under 16 will be direct billed. All other patients are required to pay the full consultation fee, part of which is claimable onsite or at your local Medicare office.
